We are re-evaluating what security attributes the eCW Support account NEEDs due to the numerous test patients and a recent issue where security attributes were granted to every role.
Does someone have a list of the minimum required security attributes necessary?
If that list doesn’t exist I’ll be happy to hear what security attributes people have removed from eCW, without it impacting eCW being able to provide support.
At a previous employer (where I was in admin of eBO) I removed the eCW support account from the eBO security role of system administrator. I would grant the access when I was aware of a CRM or a ticket that would require them to log in.
