We upgraded on the 14th.
There were not major issues but now we are experiencing a lot of random issues that are causing grief.
For example - Sometimes the TE button on the HUB does not work. When it does work, the VV screen spins and spins as well as time/date stamps notes don’t save.
Under treatment - notes icon does not open the notes windows
Click carat beside Send and all the options are not visible.
M jellybean - click outbox and it takes 20 seconds to switch from inbox to outbox
P2P send patient record not working
Billing status not refreshing after changing
When selecting an ICD, nothing appears
Users are constantly pressing F5 or CTRL R or logging out and back in. Providers are getting frustrated.
Anyone else experience these issues?
I have ecw tickets open but no news yet on any of my issues.
