Anyone else experiencing this issue.
Why is their not an option directly in the electronic refill request to be able to add these pharmacies when you try and send a response? Or prompt that pops up asking to add the pharmacy when sending a response? Instead staff have to exit the prescription response open linking pharmacies and import the pharmacy and return back to the refill area ruining a workflow. With Televisits being more and more common patients are getting care from throughout the state in many different cities I don’t even understand why the local pharmacy database is even a thing anymore.
Has anyone had ecw just download every pharmacy in their state?
TLDR: Pharmacy not in your local database sends you a request you can’t send a response because they are not in your database… you have to manually add them to be able to respond
