Ours has been down for a little over a month. I don’t think many organizations are using this module but is it down for anyone else?

HIE error when clicking “patient external data” on patient hub. This has been identified as a bug in your current version and the Jira ID for the same is EHX-5458. We will notify you once this bug is fixed in a general release. Also, an electronic response on this case is now available on the customer support portal. It will be sent to the R&D team for review.
