We are experiencing problems with the copy/paste functionality on version V12.0.1.03007142. eCW has informed us its a JIRA concerning a recent Google Chrome update. They recommended using Microsoft Edge with specific plug-in settings as a workaround.
Unfortunately, this solution has not resolved the issue for our users. They are unable to see the text they are highlighting, which forces them to guess, paste the content, and then manually delete any extra information.
This issue is fixed in the next upgrade per tech.
