Ccm time module lacking

I did the webinar for v11 and found it disappointing because the trainer didn’t really seem to know much in the way of how we actually use ecw.  CCM time documentation continues to be a struggle and it takes it’s own tie to perform.  Does anyone know if eClinicalTouch 3 or eclinicamobile lets us document chronic care management time.  CCM is a sizable chunk of revenue for primary care practices these days and I haven’t seen any improvements by ecw do improve their basic module.
