I have multiple Scanshells, 800 DXN, 800 DX, and 3100 D (6 total). The scanners seem to be working properly for most of the day but in the afternoon, they stop working (sometimes). eCW has connected to the devices and resolved the issues by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. This has been done on the devices multiple times.
Has anyone had similar issues? If so how have you resolved them?
