We are looking for the best way to record the Orthostatic vitals (sitting, supine and standing) and associated HR for each of those readings.
In testing this out, our thought was to record the specific orthostatic BP and the associated HR as an entry, before going back and entering in the next orthostatic BP and HR.
In that scenario (and my example below), we would have to make an assumption that the first heart rate is associated with the sitting, 2nd with standing and the 3rd with supine.
How do other providers office associate the HR with the Orthostatic reading?
