Not sure if this should go in EHR or have a new folder titled Patient Safety Items

My question is why does one choice over the other matter?

Immunizations documented in the patient record should reflect a status of “Administered” if given in the past, regardless of who administered the immunization. In the eClinicalWorks SP2.5.48 version, “Not Administered” is no longer available as an option for past immunizations.
