Hi all, we are a pretty small clinic and are moving into a new, larger space in the coming months. Our MAs will all be located in one area, and we are discussing a way for MAs to easily track patient status. One thought is to install a large monitor on the wall in this room, with the resource schedule of all providers seeing patients that day displayed.
What do you with larger clinics do? Are your MAs expected to “leave” a chart they are working on to repeatedly check their providers’ schedule? Do you use a “schedule board”? I would love to hear your ideas
