eClinicalmobile pictures issue

Recently all of the pictures taken in eClinicalmobile for one of our providers have stopped showing up in the progress note and are all being routed to a folder titled “Nursing Home”. This is not happening for any of my other providers.

Has anyone else come across something like this before?
