Something odd in 10e (redundant)

I have one provider that when he adds the chief complaint, every word is capitalized (Patient Complains Of Cough).  This is only happening in the CC, not other fields.  Can’t find a setting.  Not doing this for me on 10e or .exe.  Any idea why?
