We have quite a few users from our hospital that have access to eCW. These users do not use the application on a daily basis. Since they are built in eCW, I always find things assigned to these people either on accident or on purpose with the staff not knowing that these people don’t log in frequently. Does anyone else run into this issue? It would be nice to be able to specify in the user setup that a certain user cannot accept anything in their beans but I don’t think that is possible. I was thinking about maybe putting a character in front of their name? Not sure if that could be a good solution or not. Any ideas?
