Using the icon the plug-ins create, NOT the link in a Chrome browser, 10e will crash on average 10 or more times a day. A prompt appears saying “Clearing Cache” and 10e crashes. If you have Chrome opened it will close as well. I understand the purpose of using the icon instead of the link through Chrome is for the function of clearing cache but when 10e crashes randomly a dozen times a day it is useless.
We are using the current plug-ins 2.6.13, which still have to be manually installed. Is anyone else having an issue with 10e crashing? Luckily, the number of providers using 10e has dwindled down to one. I used to be the biggest proponent of 10e but over the past few months I can’t recommend it to anyone.
