Issues after System Timeout

Hi All,

Our providers have been noticing some strange behavior when there is a system timeout or after they lock it.

1. The eRx log from the Pt Hub goes blank
2. The Pt Docs give a ‘Sorry session is not valid login from application’ message
3. The Templates tab in the progress note goes blank

Has any one else experience this?

I usually get the ‘Sorry session is not valid login from application’ message in the admin screens when my system times out, but never in the patient record.

Not sure if this is part of all the issues we have encountered since we upgraded to V11.52.305C.66_64
