Are there any options in ECW besides the Admin Logs which can show me what an employee is doing from clock in until clock out? I see data in the Access logs for office/resource scheduled appts, patient docs logs for reports scanned into the pt docs and session logs which has a combo of some of each.
I am showing multiple blocks of time unaccounted for. Doesn’t coincide with entering charges or when the employee is in the facility site (non EMR website). I tried using a monitoring system but our firewall/Antivirus kept shutting it down no matter what our IT tech did. I don’t want to accuse an employee of not working if there’s a valid reason, but I need answers.
Any suggestions or something that I missed?
