Our organization uses Forcepoint for DLP. Installing the Forcepoint agent broke our Midmark EKG integration. When Midmark reports get saved into eCW, they are converted from the .car filetype to .pdf using the Midmark PDF Converter virtual printer. Because Forcepoint changes how all printers, including virtual ones, are spooled, it’s not playing nice with Midmark’s PDF printer.
I am at an impasse. Forcepoint conducted all the troubleshooting to identify the issue. They are ready to continue troubleshooting and working with eCW/Midmark. But, eCW is saying the issue needs to be resolved with Midmark, because the integration software is Midmark’s. Midmark, on the other hand, is saying that they no longer support the 8.4.1 software, and that because eCW provides the installation package, eCW needs to support and troubleshoot the integration.
Has anyone faced something similar at their practice?
