We are an eClinicalWorks cloud customer interested in anyone’s experience using the “Report System Down/Slow Performance Issue” option in the MyeClinicalWorks.com website.
From our initial work with eCW Support on this topic, it appears to require a lot of setup work and network security access to our workstations for eCW Support to address a “SLOW PERFORMANCE” problem.
We are looking for any customers with experience with this feature who can help us evaluate the question of “bang for the bucket” or ROI we can expect from this effort. Did you have any successful results?
eCW Server analysis (we are eCW cloud customers) for both eCW client EXE and Web and Web-Plugin) - eCW Support can do this analysis on their own using information provided in the eCW Slow Performance ticket.
eCW Client analysis - EXE clients - eCW Support can request a copy of the target workstation Microsoft Windows Application Event Logs
eCW Client analysis - Web, Web Plugin clients - eCW Support needs REAL TIME access to catch the “SLOW PERFORMANCE” problems while they are happening. The files they sent us that they would like to have access to and run on the target workstations include: Fiddler.exe,Wireshark.exe,tcping command, tracert command.
Additionally, we need to turn off in Microsoft Windows Registry, “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPolicesGoogleChromeDeveloperToolsDisabled” when the slow performance event is occurring.
Can anyone share their experience with us?
