This just starting coming up about a week or so ago.
We are on the browswer and when we go to fax Orders, Labs, or Diagnostic Imaging, our staff are telling us that they are unable to see the lab information, or even manually add a number for a lab that is out of state.
The issue appears to be related to the common send window. It doesn’t allow you to add any information in or even preview the fax window so you can update the information. This functionality was available in the EXE version.
Has anyone else had this problem, if so, what is your workaround.
