We have been having issues with our patient portal for the past couple weeks where the Immunizations and Visit Summary don’t load. It simply loads forever and then states there was an issue displaying or it’s not been updated. eCW has not been able to update us until this week they stated it was a Chrome cache issue. However, after clearing cache it will work briefly but happens again shortly after. We’ve also experienced similar issues with loading the same info in the Healow app so I’ve questioned how it can be a Chrome browser cache issue, no response.
Any one else having similar issues?
