Does anyone know where the procedure codes (CPT) are stored in the database, before a claim is generated? This would be in a table other than the edi_inv_cpt table. I can see the “Procedure Codes” section on some visit notes but I can’t find where it’s stored on visits that haven’t been billed yet.
