We have about 30 ‘Open’ tickets with ecw half of which have a JIRA assigned or they’re enhancement requests. It would be helpful if another status of ‘JIRA’ or ‘Enhancement’ was added to easily filter between all of the tickets. Some have been opened for over a year as enhancement or JIRA.
I haven’t memorized every ticket so I have to click in them to remember there’s no action on our part. Would this be helpful to anyone else or is this just my OCD taking over?
