We hare not able to view videos in our myeclinicalworks.com account for more than 1 week.
The videos are listed, however when trying to access the videos to view we get the message:
“This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the problem”
These videos are found under Product Documentation as well as videos found in other areas of myeclinicalworks.com.
I created an eCW Support ticket and emailed our Strategic Account Manager (SAM). No informative response.
Our network and security teams do not see a problem on our side.
Is the problem just our account?
Are other eCW customers effected?
Are the videos all being moved to YouTube?
Any thoughts would be helpful.
