Is anyone else having adobe issues when viewing documents attached?
Example is a colonoscopy we create the order and attach the outside document.
Another example is billing> Payments> Add a scanned document to a payment.
The report from users is eCW freezers. What actually happens is an error “There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (523:523) pops up but is hidden behind eCW. The alt + tab trick pulls it forward and you are able to exit out.
We have updated adobe, uninstalled reinstalled, verified there is only one instance of Adobe.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you have a solution? Please help our physicians are getting annoyed with this workflow.
