Progressive Telephone Encounter Priority

We are using a progressive prioritization system for telephone encounter (Priorities 1-5 depending on urgency) rather than the binary High Priority or standard priority that eCW offers.

This is currently identified in the TE Reason field (i.e. P4: Patient Requesting Medication Refill)

If you are using a similar model, have you found a way to set default priority in a more automated way? Are there item keys that I am not aware of to enable the High/Normal/Low priority that is available from Actions in TEs? Or defaulting TE reason to starting with a P3: prefix?
