We host our own servers here and I was wondering what most people use who do the same when they need to allow eCW to remote in to a desktop. Often at eCW’s request we will go to a third party site like Join.me or a Gotomeeting that they host. Our connectivity to these sites tends to be a bit flaky and we waste a lot of time trying to get connected. Is there a better solution that others use?
