We encountered 2 issues with bubble sheets:
1. When we have questions that are multi-select, it only imports the first response to the progress note. In the process scan tab, everything looks fine. It recognizes the multiple responses.
2. Responses are not imported to the progress note. When reviewing the process tab, everything looks fine. When we submit the scan, the progress notes does not import certain question. Questions not importing are not related so it is rather baffling.
