We are currently using portal 8.5.1
My SAM advised us there are changes coming to the Patient Portal Home page.
They referred me to the Patient Portal Change Log V8.6.2 on the support portal and advised me to look at the provided me the Release Notes and advised to look at the Patient Portal Home Page Redesign (Page 11).
The Change Log is all words. It is hard to picture what the old vs new layout is going to look like.
I’m wanting to prepare a FAQ type of document for the staff so they can be knowledgeable about the Patient Portal changes if/when patients have questions.
Is there anyone who is already using the Portal 8.6.2?
If so:
Did you do any staff education about the change?
Do you have any common questions the patients are asking the staff?
