We are working with the eCW development team on this and should have more information in a few days, but I wanted to pose the question to this group as well.
A few weeks ago providers started receiving the attached error message upon signing a Letter, and the whole Letter would be cleared out, all information lost.
I worked with a first tech who was very helpful, but offered the suggestion to re-save every Letter (!) in .doc format and reupload. The problem to me is- I built all these dozens of Letters in eCW 11e and have done so for 2-3 years, using them without problem in 11exe. So what broke/changed in eCW a few weeks ago that the .docx format that eCW 11e itself saved them in is all of a sudden a problem?
Have any other practices encountered this error message, and found any satisfactory fixes?
