assigning modifiers

Due to worker shortage, we are having problems findings coders so I am learning to do cpt coding linking and modifiers myself.  Is there any easy way n ECW to auto link modifiers and sequencce ICD code for e/m if it’s the same tpye of visits.  It seems like a lot of manual work to manually add modifiers (for exmapl physical+EKG+99213+ stool occult), sequence the ICD codes for each e&m etc.
