Hi everyone. I have a question that I can’t seem to find the answer to after going through the appropriate eCW channels, so as always, my next step is posting here.
When a P2P physician outside of our practice changes/updates their direct addresses, is it our responsibility to open a ticket to give the new direct address to eCW tech support so it can be updated in their P2P database? At this point we are unable to attach patient documents to the provider and send through P2P even though the provider has updated his direct address through his EHR system.
