Can you share information about patient merges in the upgraded version? There is quite the list of items that will not merge (though it’s not a detailed list and I understand that mostly they merge ok) and we want to be sure that we catch all items from a duplicate chart to be merged into a remaining chart. Are there items that absolutely have to be downloaded and scanned into the remaining chart? Even the webinar was a little confusing as to what will merge and what will not. I spoke with a technician who gave me some details, but wondering what experience you’ve all had with this.
I’ll admit, we do a terrible job of training users, so our duplicate charts are through the roof! (p.s. I am not the trainer)
