Common Send screen won’t close

I was training a new provider yesterday and when he closes out of the progress note, the Common Send screen pops up. Sometimes we could just click the X to close it but other times we had to go into task manager to completely close eCW.

Any ideas on fixing this? (Ideally, turning off the Common Send pop-up as the provider won’t be transferring any orders.)
