After our update a few weeks ago we are having portal messages going to a random provider. You can select 3-4 of our newer providers, send them a message and it’s routed to one incorrect provider. ecw said it’s a bug and we have to update to fix this. Not a patch, but a client side update when we just did one two weeks before. Is anyone else having this issue? I’m not sure of the exact 11.52 version we are one.
