Has anyone else been experiencing issues with Open Access. Specifically the following
1. Facilities not showing up for “My locations”
2. Facilities not showing up under the Healow APP on the ECW support portal?
Also, Not sure why if you make a facility not searchable, then why does it show up as being searchable in your Set up in ECW?
Finally, I have been told that they Sync function between your ECW and the support portal doesn’t work or work very well.
Everytime i have to open up a ticket for them to sync our facilities.
Am I missing something. We have been experiencing this issue for over 2 years without any resolution whatsoever.
In addition, it appears that ECW has increased their security for their support staff. This person couldn’t even get onto the system and had to use another person to get on, finally when they got in…They couldn’t even do the Item key tasks.
