Time Out alert/reminder before procedure

Have your practices been able to build any alerts/reminders to complete a Time Out before a procedure?  So far I’ve only been able to think of:
-Billing Alerts, but those would only pop up when the appointment is booked, not when the Progress Note is opened
-CDSS, but that would not pop up
