When our providers review multiple labs, they go to the L jellybean, click the checkbox next to one of the labs, and then click the “View All Reports” button. This lets you see all the labs in one view. At the top of the window, there is a box for free text with a browse button above it. When the provider click the browse button, the option to create new keyword phrases is grayed out. It is available for the administrator group, but no one else.
They are able to create and update the keyword phrases in all of the other browse boxes throughout eCW.
Is there a security setting I need to enable for the physician group? I’ve searched the security settings and can’t find a setting to enable this.
