We are in the process of implementing P2P for our providers and there are no options for defaults when searching. This increases the number of clicks for our providers and has therefore created a little resistance.
We have had the following suggestions and I was wondering how others are dealing with similar problems:
1) Search all: Instead of having to choose the dropdowns for P2P Providers and Direct Trust providers, it would be great if we could search all REF To providers.
2) Default the state to the relevant state. We refer to PA providers, so there is no need for us to search all.
3) Favorites: If the providers could click a star and add to their Favorites, it would save significant time.
I would appreciate any feedback/solutions that other practices that are experienced in P2P may have to share with us.
