When we update scripts they are sending incorrectly. we had an Enbrel script get sent as 4 bottles, which was not the script that we selected. This means we will be getting a phone call from the pharmacy to clarify the script.
I feel our only option at this point is to create a Telephone encounter with each script, send it and then deny the ones that come through ECW.
They are stopping and starting medications when that is not the case at all.
This is a very serious issue as we cannot have incorrect scripts going out for our patients.
