Anyone else experiencing frequent (very) and random application crashes? We have this widely deployed for MA/Nursing staff. We had to upgrade to 3.8 in conjunction with our update to v11.52. The previous version was stable and worked well. Staff adoption went so well that we have removed computer equipment from the exam rooms in several of our pods.
The development team is being unresponsive and support recommends upgrade to the latest iOS (which we are already on).
For those monitoring this board from eCW, your customers could really use some attention on this issue.
