v11.52 has 272 open advisories?

And they want us all to rush in and upgrade? See screen shot from the Support Portal. Or am I reading this wrongly?

E.g., “Copy and paste causes data loss.” See what the Portal says below. One hopes they don’t think data loss is of “Low” clinical risk in their inpatient product (emphasis mine).

eClinicalWorks has identified the following scenarios of data loss due to data truncation when a user copies and pastes more data that exceeds the allowed number of characters.

Scenario 1:
a. EMR > Labs/DI/Proc > Labs > Attribute Codes > Edit > Add Reference Range > Normal range > From
b. EMR > Labs/DI/Proc > Labs > Attribute Codes > Edit > Add Reference Range > Normal range > To
c. EMR > Labs/DI/Proc > Labs > Attribute Codes > Edit > Add Reference Range > Normal range > Units

Scenario 2:
EMR > Labs/DI/Proc > Lab/DI Alias > Add > Labs Alias Name

Scenario 3:
a. EMR > Search ‘Configure Lab Letters’> Add > Display name
b. EMR > Search ‘Configure Lab Letters’> Add > Short Result Text

Scenario 4:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Presenting/Trial/Final Rx’ grid > Comments Field

Scenario 5:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Presenting/Trial/Final Rx’ grid> Fitting Comments

Scenario 6:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Presenting/Trial/Final Rx’ grid > click the plus sign (+) to add an additional Contact Lens Rx

Scenario 7:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Presenting/Trial/Final Rx’ grid > Care Regimen

Scenario 8:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Presenting/Trial/Final Rx’ grid > Wear Schedule

Scenario 9:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Presenting/Trial/Final Rx’ grid > Replenishment

Scenario 10:
Progress Notes > Vision Examination > Contact Lens > click ‘Final Rx’ grid > Rx Notes

Observation
In these scenarios, the individual fields are not saved in their entirety.
