We have providers marked as available for patients to request an appt with. Patients are able to do this from the portal, but our trainer noticed that the patient cannot request an appt from the Healow app. I honestly don’t recall seeing the ability in Healow, so I placed a ticket and was informed: “in order to request an appointment on healow app, provider should be opted for healow online booking.”
Trainer is positive the option to request appts was on Healow app until recently. I’ve gotten more conflicting responses from eCW that usual. Anyone know if this is something new, or patients never had to ability to request an appt from Healow.
