Has anyone seen any updates on eCW pushing out a patch for the labs to push to portal, regardless of being marked reviewed? We are told this will happen prior to 4/5/21, but I haven’t seen anything about it.
Also, any update on being able to keep single notes (any visit type) from publishing to the portal (causing patient harm if released, etc)? At this point, we are thinking of not releasing any BH notes until there is an option to not release ‘specific’ notes. My understanding is if I “restrict” the BH visit types, then none will release to portal, correct?
Lastly, what is the actual date these new rules go into effect? I see April 5th, but our compliance person is telling us April 6th (that the 5th is the last day we can not publish full notes, etc.)
