1) Our clinic has a few physician’s assistants
2) every quarter, the physician’s assistants have to send 4 progress notes to a MD doctor.
3) right now, they print off the 4 charts and then keep a paper log of the charts that have been reviewed.
we are interested in finding a way within clinical to not have to user paper.
we need two things:
1) a way for the PAs to send their 4 progress notes to the MD (who is a provider in our clinic)
2) a way to keep a log of those charts or have a report list them.
has anyone else worked out a way to do this through ecw? Thanks.
