We recently had the item key enabled so our practice can publish PDF’s to the patient portal. I want to try to start utilizing this for patient letters, but I cannot use letter tags in eCW and have to use the external pdf editor. Does anyone have experience adding the tags to the PDF’s? Any help or assistance will be so appreciated!
