Visit type rules?

Hi All-

I’ve got 15 visit types. 4 are new patient visit types and the rest are follow-ups. One of my providers wants to have it so new patients can’t self-book on Thursdays. I tried to do it with the visit type rules but it was a mess with putting in hours and loading all the visit types. Considering other providers have different schedules and would like similar rules set up, what is the best way of doing this? any tips?

We are using healow as well.
