before I try to decipher this with support I thought I would try to gain some insight via you wonderful folks.
It’s being reported to me that some mail order pharmacies are not accepting e-prescriptions because what shows up on their end has the text “THIS IS NOT PRESCRIPTION” at the top of e-prescription. I see the “THIS IS NOT PRESCRIPTION” text at the top of the eRx when I look at the e-prescription logs. I’ve attached a screen shot.
Do you know if this standard for ECW? If so how do you convince the mail order to accept this?
Or is this something that was customized for our ECW system before my time here?
It seems like a logical thing to put on a logged file so that it can’t be used as an actual Rx if you print it out.
