I want to add a standard sentence at end of all Clinical visit summaries, including those posted to portal. I have a SSAs version so no access to the server. Stock text

Patient Instructions
Please go for any lab work or testing recommended during your visit. Return to the office at next scheduled appoint or annual for follow up care. If you have a need to be seen sooner for any reason at all, please call the office for any appointment.”
Anyone know how to get that added, either myself or vist ecw support?
