I recently tried to change the Colonoscopy section under the Preventative Medicine section from free-text to structured data so that I wouldn’t have to keep cutting and pasting the information for my preventative physicals. However, unlike the other sections such as GYN where it has “Denies”, “h/o” and “notes”, and the carries forwards automatically, the information although saved as structured data, doesn’t populate my next note.
What am I missing to get the “structured data” to move forward, specifically in Preventative Medicine? It works for the GYN part fine.
