in version 10, there is a newly designed to cover sheet for faxed referrals. However we have discovered that when our mid levels generate a referral, they are listed as “Dr.” mid-level on the cover sheet. EClinicalWorks has told us that this is “hardwired” into the system and cannot be changed. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Our mid levels are very uncomfortable being labeled as “Dr.” on the cover sheet. I don’t blame them.
